Bob has over 35 years in the construction industry and is certified by Penn Foster. Bob adheres to the practices of American Society of Home Inspectors. (ASHI) (NACHI).

He holds a certified pool contractors license, a real estate license and is currently scheduled to take the Florida Contractors Exam for building construction.

His many affiliations include active membership in the Volusia Home Builders Association, Flagler Home Builders Association, The Daytona Board of Realtors, and Northeast Florida Home Builders Association. Bob serves as an Associate Director on the board of the Volusia Home Builders Association.
